This policy explains how B.S.E.S. India Pvt. Ltd. (“BSES India”, “we”, “us”), N.H.8, Goverdhan Vilas, Ahmedabad Road, Udaipur (Raj.) India, handles personal data collected through bsesindia.com, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

- Calls, WhatsApp and email: the details you choose to share when you contact us directly.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used only to protect the enquiry form from spam and abuse.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and provide the sales, spares and service support you ask for. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Consent
When you submit the enquiry form you tick a box agreeing to this use. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at the email below; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is seen by our own team. It passes through our website hosting and email providers only so that it can reach us. We share personal data with others only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep our business records, and then delete them.
Cookies and third-party services
The contact page uses a single session cookie to run its security check. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a Google Maps embed on the contact page; these services may receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, and nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.
