Loader attachments
Rock buckets, general purpose buckets and forks for wheel loaders.
Loader attachmentsBuckets, forks, rippers and grapples built at our Udaipur workshop to your excavator's pin size and the ground you dig.
A machine that digs well in soil starts struggling the moment the job turns to blasted rock, and the wrong bucket quietly wastes diesel and wears out pins. That is the gap we try to close. BSES India has worked in the mining and construction equipment business since 1969, and building attachments at our Udaipur facility is a big part of that work.
Attachments are not universal. Pin diameter, pin centres and ear width have to match your machine, and hydraulic tools also need the right oil flow. That is why we do not push a fixed catalogue. Tell us the make and model of your excavator, its tonnage, the material you dig and where you dig it. From there we suggest what fits and build it to those measurements. If you need custom excavator attachments that don't exist off the shelf, that is a normal request for us, not a special one.
Buckets are where most customers start, and the type matters more than people expect:
For soil, clay and loose material.
With reinforced plates and heavy teeth, for hard ground and blasted rock.
For narrow cuts and finishing work.
For lifting stone and concrete blocks. See our Block Handling Fork page.
For hard-packed ground, scrap, and mixed debris.
So one excavator can switch between bucket, breaker and fork without wasting a shift.
We are not only a manufacturer. As an excavator attachments supplier in India, we also work as a dealer for Epiroc hydraulic breakers, Miller quick couplers and Hardox wear parts. So if your excavator needs a breaker for oversize rock or a coupler to speed up changeovers, you can sort it out with one team instead of three. Buyers looking for an excavator attachment dealer in India with a real workshop behind the counter usually find that useful when something needs adjusting on site.
Start with the work, not the price. If you dig and load, a bucket sized for your excavator and material is the right call. If you break rock or concrete, you want a hydraulic breaker matched to the excavator's weight class. If you lift or place blocks and pipes, forks or a grapple will do the job better and more safely than improvising with a bucket. And if you keep swapping tools through the day, a quick coupler pays for itself quickly.
A bucket lives a hard life. Abrasive rock grinds the floor and side walls, and bucket lips take the impact. For that reason we work with Hardox wear plate for high-wear zones. Harder steel lasts longer in abrasion, and in many cases it lets you use thinner plate, which keeps the attachment lighter and lets the machine carry more per swing.
