Excavator attachments
Custom buckets and tools, made to your excavator's pin size.
Excavator attachmentsRock buckets, general purpose buckets, 4-in-1 buckets, forks and grapples built to your wheel loader.
A wheel loader spends its day scooping, lifting, carrying and dumping. In a quarry that means sharp, abrasive rock. On a construction site it might mean sand in the morning and pallets in the afternoon. The standard bucket that came with the machine rarely suits all of it. BSES India makes and supplies wheel loader attachments so the loader is set up for the work it actually does.
Here is what we work with most often:
For gravel, soil and loose material. This is the everyday choice.
Built with reinforced edges and heavier plate for rock piles and abrasive material. If you load blasted stone, this is the bucket to look at.
With a larger volume for things like fly ash, wood chips or fertiliser, where the load is bulky but not heavy.
Can load, doze, grab and level, which helps when one loader has to do several jobs.
For pallets, blocks and stone slabs.
For scrap, demolition waste and irregular material that slips out of a normal bucket.
Every loader brand has its own coupler and mounting arrangement, and a bucket that is slightly off costs you breakout force and time. So we build to your machine. Share the loader make, model, bucket capacity and the material you handle, and we will match the attachment to it. We regularly see this with loaders sold through our own dealership, including Volvo and SDLG machines, and we understand how those loaders work in the field.
Sometimes you need a quick replacement rather than something made from scratch. As a loader attachment supplier in India and loader attachment dealer, we can also supply wear parts such as cutting edges, and Hardox wear plate for repairs and relining. That matters because bucket edges and side cutters are the first parts to go, and replacing them is far cheaper than rebuilding the whole bucket.
Think about density and abrasion. Heavy, sharp material like rock needs a rock bucket, and it is worth paying more for thicker plate where wear happens. Light, bulky material fits a high-volume bucket, and a general purpose bucket works for most mixed jobs.
If you regularly handle pallets or blocks, don't try to make a bucket do a fork's job.
It damages the material and it is not safe.
