Running a mine or quarry means dozens of machines working together. If one link breaks, the whole line waits. BSES India has supplied and supported mining and construction machinery since 1969, and today we work as a mining equipment dealer in India with a service team based in Udaipur and branches across Rajasthan.
Mining machinery dealer India: what we supply
Mining equipment falls into three groups: machines that extract, machines that load and haul, and machines that process. We cover a good part of that chain.
Loading and hauling
Through our Volvo Construction Equipment dealership, we supply crawler excavators, wheel loaders and articulated haulers. Volvo's large excavators, such as the EC950E, are built for heavy production work, and its articulated haulers go up to the A60 with a 55 tonne payload. We also work with SDLG machinery.
Rock breaking
Epiroc hydraulic breakers handle oversize rock and secondary breaking, with models for excavators from 22 to 140 tonnes in the HB range.
Compressed air
Atlas Copco air compressors power drilling tools and plant air. The range covers oil-injected screw compressors, VSD models for varying demand, and oil-free machines.
Engines and drivelines
Kirloskar and Deutz diesel engines, and Allison fully automatic transmissions, which are built for off-highway and mining duty.
Wear parts
Hardox wear plate and fabricated wear parts such as liner plates, cutting edges, blow bars, hammers, screens and grizzly bars, for crushers, chutes and buckets.
Our own manufacturing
Excavator and loader attachments and dumper bodies are made in our own workshop, so bucket, body and machine can be planned together.

A dealer that only sells boxes leaves you to sort out problems alone. We have a 23,000 sq. ft. facility in Udaipur and branch offices in Jaipur, Barmer, Rajsamand, Jodhpur and Dungarpur, so help is close to the sites we serve. That matters in places like Rajasthan, where marble, limestone and sandstone quarries sit far from big cities and downtime gets expensive quickly.
How do you pick the right machine for a mine?
Start with production: how many tonnes per shift, what material, what haul distance. Then match the loader and excavator to the truck so the loading cycle takes a reasonable number of passes. Finally think about wear. In abrasive material, the parts that touch the rock decide your running cost more than the machine price does. Send us those numbers and we will suggest a setup.
